?? Rate: £32-£35 per hour

Are you a dedicated and experienced Social Worker looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for a Progressed Social Worker to join our Adult Learning Disability Team!

Our team supports adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives while accessing the social care services they need. This is a specialist service working closely with the Partnership NHS Trust ??.

?? Hybrid working - 2 office days per week, with home working & visits in the locality.
?? Work with individuals with complex health & forensic needs requiring skilled interventions.
?? Be part of a supportive & experienced team of professionals, many of whom have been with the service long-term.
?? No two days are the same! Enjoy a dynamic and rewarding role.

? Qualified & Progressed Social Worker, registered with Social Work England ?.
? Previous experience with adults with learning disabilities is preferred.
? Strong skills in person-centred planning & managing complex cases.
? A team player with a passion for delivering high-quality social care.
