I am currently partnered with a leading Insurance client, who are looking to hire a Lead Enterprise Architect to work on a business-critical project.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Enterprise Architect within large-scale Insurance or Financial Services organisations
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify genuine gaps and know how to utilise resources and capabilities effectively
• Experience working on major transformation programme (Digital, Automation or Connectivity)
• Expertise in developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies across Insurance or Financial domains
• Experience of line of business systems (including Data Warehouse)
• Skilled in producing and maintaining comprehensive architecture documentation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams of Enterprise Architects across complex programmes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at C-suite level
• Flexibility to travel within the UK
