Lead Finance Partner

Interim Lead Finance Partner – Hybrid (London, 1 day per week)
Day Rate: £600 (Inside IR35)

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join a leading organisation on an interim basis. This role will play a pivotal part in driving financial performance, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering strategic insights to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic analysis and challenge.

• Deliver high-quality financial insights to influence business performance.

• Manage budgeting cycles and long-term planning.

• Oversee robust financial controls and governance.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.

• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Work hands-on with data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and actionable insights.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in senior finance business partnering roles within complex, fast-paced organisations.

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at senior levels.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).

• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling techniques.

• Experience with financial modelling, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support.

• Exposure to large PLC or multi-entity environments is desirable.

• Location: London (1 day per week on-site, hybrid working)

• Day Rate: £600 (Inside IR35)

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 6 months
