Lead Mobile Cleaner – Temp to Perm – £16.51/hr (Umbrella) – Cheshire

We’re currently recruiting for a Lead Mobile Cleaner to join a professional facilities team covering sites across Cheshire. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering a consistent schedule, leadership responsibility, and a company vehicle.

Location: Cheshire-wide coverage – ideally based near Warrington, Runcorn or Chester
Vehicle: Company van provided and can be based from the nearest police station
Rate: £16.51 per hour (Umbrella) £12.55 (Pay-e)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, some weekend work may be required
Driving licence essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of cleaners across multiple sites
  
  
• Ensure service delivery is maintained to a high standard
  
  
• Monitor staff performance and attendance, and manage rotas effectively
  
  
• Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team, including deep cleans
  
  
• Provide training and inductions for new staff
  
  
• Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
  
  
• Be the first responder for emergency or reactive cleaning needs
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
  
  
• Experience in team supervision and rota management
  
  
• Good planning and organisation skills
  
  
• Resilient and able to work under pressure
  
  
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  
  
• Able to work independently across a mobile patch
