Work with stakeholders across Housing, Asset Management and ICT to identify and implement system improvements. Support asset management processes including: Datasheets SAVA assessments Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) Stock Condition data Mobile asset management solutions Planned maintenance programmes Completed works management Equipment management Support and develop reporting solutions using SSRS, SQL and Power BI. Manage and troubleshoot system integrations and interfaces. Support data quality, data migration and system development activities. Provide technical expertise relating to asset compliance and forecasting functionality. Ensure systems support regulatory and operational requirements, including Decent Homes Standards.
