Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Contract: 2 to 3 months. Can go temp to perm for the right candidate
Onsite working
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Location: City of London.

We are seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to engage with and qualify warm leads for our property services clients. You will serve as the initial point of contact for individuals who have already expressed interest, building rapport and understanding their property needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Lead Engagement: Proactively contact pre-qualified leads (e.g., website inquiries, event attendees, content downloads) via phone and email. Your aim will be to build rapport and further understand their property needs, preferences, and urgency.
  • Detailed Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls and interactions to assess lead criteria. This includes their budget, desired property type (residential/commercial, purchase/rental/investment), location preferences, timeline, and decision-making process, all while building upon the initial interest they have shown.
  • CRM Management: Accurately capture and record all relevant lead information, interactions, and qualification details within our CRM system.
  • Lead Scoring & Handover: Apply established methodologies to prioritise leads based on their qualification level and potential for conversion. You will then seamlessly hand over fully qualified warm leads to the appropriate sales or account management team members, providing comprehensive notes and recommendations to ensure a smooth client transition.
  • Nurturing & Follow-up: Implement follow-up strategies for warm leads that require further nurturing or are not immediately qualified, ensuring they remain engaged until they are sales-ready.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and provide feedback on market trends, common customer queries from warm leads, and lead quality to the marketing and sales teams, helping to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on lead definitions, qualification criteria, and handover processes for warm leads.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on warm lead qualification metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
