Role overview

Joining the Corporate & Workplace team, the successful applicant will be accountable for the design and architecture of platforms and services that run the back-office business processes, including finance, HR, health & safety, and communications, leveraging the organisations considerable investment in, but not exclusively, Oracle ERP suite of cloud platform.

Role Accountability's

• Develop and maintain technology policies, architectures, frameworks, roadmaps, and standards for the Corporate & Workplace business domain.
• Be a strong advocate of innovative solution architectures that are modern, cohesive, secure and cost effective, leveraging best practices in digital automation and insights.
• Assess emerging industry innovations and trends and develop potential strategic technology solutions to exploit for business benefit within governance processes.
• Ensure development of portfolio plans is supported and ensure investment cases support architectures and roadmaps.

Knowledge required

• Previous experience of development of large scale, pragmatic, business centric solutions to solve critical business challenges.
• Previous experience of defining architectural direction and harnessing innovation for business benefit.
• Previous experience as design authority for a project portfolio or major programme.
• Experience and application of TOGAF 10 principles and concepts.
• Experience of domain processes, systems, and information, ideally in an air-travel industry.
