Lead Support Worker

I am currently looking for a Lead Support Worker to work with our client in East London. Within the Lead Support Worker role you will be expected to work alongside the team in supporting Adults who are experiencing long term Mental Health Challenges.

Duties within the Lead Support Worker role:

• Supporting Manager with 1-1 reviews
• Overseeing a small Team of Volunteers
• Managing a small case load
• Identifying improvement within the service

For this role you will need an Enhanced DBS which is on the update service.
