Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Lead testing efforts across multiple projects within the technology department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in testing processes.
• Implement test automation strategies to optimise testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality assurance.
• Continuously review and improve testing frameworks and methodologies.

Profile

• Manual & Automation experience
• Mentored others
• Worked in a small tech team
