Leading Education organisation seeking a HR Payroll Manager ASAP Start

A fantastic educational organisation is currently actively seeking a HR Payroll Manager to start immediately on an on-going temporary basis. This role will be based on site in Northwest London 5 days a week with working hours of 8am until 4pm.

Key duties will include:

• Maintaining accurate employee records
• Calculating and processing payroll
• Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
• Managing employee queries
• Preparing and distributing payslips
• Preparing and submitting payroll reports
• Processing new hires and leavers
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee relations
• Developing and implementing HR policies
• Benefits administration
• Performance management
