Learning & Development Assistant / HR Assistant (L&D)
Plymouth
12 month contract
37 hours per week
£13.25 per hour plus holiday pay
Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in office)

We are currently working with a Social Housing Provider in Plymouth to recruit for a 12 month contract to cover a secondment to a special project

You will be providing administrative and organisational support to ensure that members of staff are receiving the training and skills they require to carry out their duties.

You will be liaising with external and internal training providers, arranging meetings and training days, ensuring the correct staff are signed up to the training events and ensure they attend.

You will also be required to attend external careers events, promoting the company and encouraging attendees to enter the Social Housing sector. This role may include occasional evening or weekend work

This would suit someone from a strong educational or training background with excellent administrative skills
