L&D Coordinator
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | London, Hybrid | £44,000 - £52,000

Are you passionate about Learning and Development and looking for a varied, hands-on role in a purpose-driven organisation? We’re working with a well-established and respected company within the transport and infrastructure sector to find a skilled L&D Coordinator to support and develop their learning offering across the business.

About the Role:

Coordinate the delivery of learning programmes, from logistics to evaluation
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and support development needs
Act as a super user for the Learning Management System and support the rollout of a new Learning Experience Platform and Career Development module
Work closely with external suppliers and training partners
Contribute to early careers initiatives including graduate and student placement programmes
Support wider HR and Talent projects including EDI strategy delivery, onboarding and performance management processes

About You:

Previous experience in a learning and development role, ideally with experience coordinating training activities
Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the business
Confidence with systems and data – including reporting and interpreting insights
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and customer service
CIPD qualification (or similar) would be a bonus, but not essential

Package:

12 month fixed-term contract
£44,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience)
London, Hybrid
