Location: Battersea, London (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Day Rate: £453.36 per day (via umbrella)

Summary
This clients Education Product Marketing team is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the delivery of the Learning Coach program in Germany, Italy, and France. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the professional development of educators through a globally recognized technology coaching initiative.
You’ll work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, coordinating across global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end rollout of the Learning Coach programme across Germany, Italy, and France.
Act as liaison between the US ALC team, EMEA Product Marketing, Sales, and Professional Learning.
Oversee candidate enrolment, engagement, and support using internal systems.
Coordinate Professional Learning Specialists responsible for synchronous training components.
Work closely with content and delivery teams to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Uphold rigorous program quality standards, legal and ethical compliance across all participating regions.

Key Qualifications

Fluent in German (required)
Proficiency in Italian and/or French (desirable)
4+ years' experience in complex, cross-functional project or program management
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and delivering on time
Experienced in drafting polished customer-facing communications
Confident working with data and KPIs to drive decision-making and program quality
Proficient in Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and/or Excel

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in education, professional development, or edtech environments preferred
