What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
A genuine commitment to promoting the independence, well-being, and rights of individuals with learning disabilities.
Experience in conducting assessments, developing person-centred support plans, advocating for service users, and navigating complex needs.
