What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
A genuine commitment to promoting the independence, well-being, and rights of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Experience in conducting assessments, developing person-centred support plans, advocating for service users, and navigating complex needs specific to this client group.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practice in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
