What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A genuine commitment to promoting the independence, well-being, and rights of adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Experience in conducting Care Act assessments, developing person-centred support plans, advocating for service users, and navigating complex needs specific to this client group.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and best practice in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
