What You'll Do as a Learning Support Assistant:

• Support students in the classroom and one-on-one, especially those with SEN like autism or ADHD.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop effective strategies.
• Build students' confidence and foster a love of learning.

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
• Someone that actually cares about children and is interested in developing in a educational setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
