Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? Do you want to be part of a dedicated and nurturing school community? We are working with a welcoming and inclusive school in Hillingdon, looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team.

We are seeking a caring and proactive individual to:

• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND, on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.

• Assist teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Help adapt classroom materials and activities to support access to the curriculum.

• Build trusting relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.

• Monitor and report on progress and well-being.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting (desirable).
• Ideally have experience with SEN
• A warm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
