Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We're looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team at a specialist SEN secondary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils aged 4-11 with additional needs and be part of a nurturing, therapy-led setting.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs

• Encourage a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development

• Help with classroom organisation and learning resources

• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to monitor progress

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping children succeed

• Have great communication skills and a team spirit

• Bring experience in education or SEN (desirable, not essential)

• Are open to learning and growing in a supportive environment

• Hold a relevant qualification (helpful, but not required)
