The Role – Learning Support Assistant

This is a full-time, temporary Learning Support Assistant position at a two-form entry primary school in Hillingdon. You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with their learning, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have a calm and patient approach, good communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. You’ll work alongside class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored support and promote pupil progress.
