About the Role - Learning Support Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and other additional needs. Your role as a SEN Teaching Assistant will involve offering 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Full education and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students with a range of special educational needs.

Assist the class teacher in implementing individual learning plans.

Encourage student participation and independence.

Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed.
