About the Role:

We are currently recruiting passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of welcoming and high-performing secondary schools across Kingston upon Thames. You will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs, both in and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

We offer flexible roles to suit your lifestyle-whether you're looking for daily supply, part-time hours, or a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Promoting inclusion and ensuring all students can access the curriculum

• Assisting in behaviour management and pupil progress tracking

Requirements:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is an advantage

• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and team-working skills

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
