Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Personal Care)
Location: North London
Pay Rate: £90-£100/day
Job Type: Full-Time / Term-Time Only

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive college in North London, seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, proactive, and comfortable providing personal care to students with additional needs.

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

• Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and hygiene support, where required

• Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in college life

• Work closely with teaching staff and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans

• Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment

• Experience working with young people or adults with SEND is desirable

• Comfortable and confident delivering personal care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Reliable, empathetic, and adaptable
