Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) – September Start
?? Locations: Morden & Carshalton
?? Pay: £14 per hour
?? Start Date: September 2025
?? Hours: Full-time & Part-time (flexible, long-term roles)

We’re currently recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants for education providers in Morden and Carshalton for the new academic year.

These roles offer flexible working hours and long-term opportunities for individuals with a passion for supporting young people aged 16–19 with additional learning needs.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
• Assist learners with autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties
• Help implement tailored education plans and learning strategies
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support classroom learning
• Support students’ social, emotional, and communication development

? What We’re Looking For:

• Previous SEN support experience (essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A caring, proactive, and positive attitude
