Learning Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis? Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for dedicated, patient, and caring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work 1:1 with pupils in local primary and secondary schools.

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with a pupil who requires additional support due to special educational needs, learning difficulties, or behavioural challenges. Your role is key in helping them access the curriculum, build confidence, and thrive within the school environment.
