A warm and welcoming school in Maghull is looking for a fabulous Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people every day.

• Working closely with class teachers to support pupils across the curriculum.
• Providing 1:1 and small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with their emotional, social, and behavioural development.
• Encouraging independence and confidence in every child.

• Has experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
• Is compassionate, reliable, and has a genuine love of learning.
• Works well as part of a team but can also take initiative.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with both pupils and adults.
