Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Location: South London
Pay: £15-17 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We’re recruiting a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (SEND) to join a welcoming and inclusive college in South London.

• Provide one-to-one support for students with SEND
• Implement behaviour management strategies (Team Teach)
• Assist with physical mobility across a large campus
• Collaborate with staff to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Encourage student independence and positive behaviour

• Experience supporting children or young adults with SEND
• Team Teach certification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Physically fit and able to assist with student mobility
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
