As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who have special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and social-emotional difficulties. This is a rewarding full-time role, offering the chance to:

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual student needs

• Apply your understanding of psychology to assist with learning and behaviour strategies

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

• Monitor and report on student progress-valuable experience for aspiring Educational Psychologists

• Build positive, trusting relationships that nurture confidence, emotional wellbeing, and academic growth

• A degree in Psychology or a related field, with an interest in SEN and child development

• Experience working with children or young people (e.g. in education, care, youth work, or tutoring)

• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to supporting learners

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people
