Learning Support Assistant

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Pay: £100-110 per day (umbrella)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time

A forward-thinking secondary school in Watford is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to support students with mild to moderate additional needs - including Autism, ADHD, and anxiety.

The role is full-time and long-term, perfect for someone looking to build experience in SEN or progress towards a career in teaching or therapy.

You'll need to be:

• Calm, consistent, and patient
• Confident working 1:1 or with small groups
• Ideally experienced in SEN (school, care or personal experience)
