Daily Rate: £90-£110 per day

A welcoming primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils with additional needs in the classroom. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support and help children reach their full potential.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of individual pupils.

• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence.

• Collaborate with staff and parents to track progress and share feedback.

• Create a supportive learning environment where every child feels valued.

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.

• A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

• Understanding of SEN strategies is desirable.
