Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential? A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Learning Support Assistant to support a student with ADHD in a welcoming primary school setting in Lambeth, starting this September.

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School, Lambeth
Start Date: September 2025

Your Role Will Involve:
* Providing tailored one-on-one support to a student with ADHD, helping them stay engaged and succeed in the classroom.
* Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies that support learning and behaviour.
* Encouraging emotional regulation and building routines that promote focus and self-confidence.
* Supporting the development of positive social skills and encouraging independence in daily activities.
* Assisting the student throughout the school day, including during transitions, breaks, and enrichment sessions.

What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children on an individual basis, particularly those with ADHD or similar needs.
* A calm, supportive, and adaptable approach to learning support.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support are desirable.
