Your Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be a vital part of the classroom, helping to create a positive and effective learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and provide extra support.
• Assisting the class teacher with preparing resources and managing classroom activities.
• Helping to build students' confidence and foster a love of learning.
• Supporting students with diverse needs to ensure they are included and can achieve their best.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
• A patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
