Academics is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our supply team working across secondary schools in Bradford.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, support students with additional needs, and be part of a friendly and supportive school environment.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour

• Helping pupils with SEN or additional needs access the curriculum

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning

• Building strong, supportive relationships with students

• Competitive daily rates (£90 - £100+, depending on experience)

• Flexible part-time and full-time roles to suit your availability

• A dedicated and experienced consultant to guide you every step of the way

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or other settings)

• A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
