We are currently recruiting dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants for a number of supportive schools and colleges in Chichester, with positions starting from September 2025.
We have both full-time and part-time roles available, ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Provide 1:1 and group support inside and outside the classroom
• Assist with personal care, communication, and behaviour strategies
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
• Help create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with SEN learners in educational or care settings
• A calm, patient, and flexible approach
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Relevant qualifications such as Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable)
