About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive school in Chichester is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant to start immediately. This role involves supporting pupils across various age groups, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist teachers in delivering differentiated lessons and activities
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and social development
• Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes
• Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
