A fantastic Secondary School in Hounslow is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant - Graduate to join their team - this is a full-time and long-term position, starting in September 2025. This is the ideal opportunity for Aspiring Secondary Teachers with a passion for education and a desire to work with high-achieving students.

The Head Teacher is keen to speak to graduates with strong academic backgrounds looking to develop further child-based experience - prior class-based experience is highly desirable! This Learning Support Assistant - Graduate position involves working with teaching professionals to assist students in the classroom, as well as in small intervention groups.

You will be responsible for working with students across KS3-5 in an academic capacity, working with experienced Teachers to target areas for improvement. As well as implementing personalised learning programmes for specific students on a 1:1 basis, you will also lead sessions centred around specific core areas of the curriculum and support Class Teachers in the classroom.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Learning Support Assistant - Graduate
• Working with KS3-5 students in all core subject area
• Running intervention groups to target pupil progress
• Liaising with Class Teachers to accommodate each student accordingly

ROLE DETAILS

• Long-Term, Full-Time position - September 2025 start
• Monday - Friday role
• Term-Time only
• 8am - 4pm
• £105 - £115 per day
• Based in Hounslow

• Motivated graduate with strong academics including solid grades across a degree, A-Levels and GCSEs
