Learning Support Assistant - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a fantastic school in Welwyn Garden City. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with an immediate start available!

• Support children in their learning and personal development as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Help create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

• Build strong relationships with students, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support student progress as a Learning Support Assistant.

• Experience working with children in any capacity within the UK (must be able to provide a reference).

• A genuine passion for working with children, including those with SEND needs.

• Willingness to support SEND students as a Classroom Assistant.

• Must have a CHILD + ADULT -ONLY DBS or be willing to obtain one.

• Live locally to Welwyn Garden City or within a commutable distance.
