? What You'll Be Doing:

• ?? Providing tailored 1:1 and group support to students
• ???? Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes
• ?? Monitoring and reporting on student progress
• ? Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• ?? Supporting the development of EHCPs

? What We're Looking For:

• ?? Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role
• ?? Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies
• ??? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ?? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education
• ? Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
