As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with varying learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging environment where every student has the opportunity to thrive. Whether it's providing one-to-one support, assisting with group activities, or helping students with additional learning needs, your contributions will help ensure that each child gets the best possible start in their educational journey. ??

• Support students with their learning in the classroom, assisting with both individual and group activities.
• Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with the preparation of teaching resources and activities.
• Work closely with teachers to track student progress and identify areas for development.
• Encourage and motivate students to engage fully in their learning. ?

• A caring and proactive individual with a passion for education.
• Experience working with children (in a school or other educational setting is ideal but not required).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when required.
• Patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt to individual student needs.
• A DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) and right to work in the UK.
