Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with this well respected, busy and organised school to source 3x LSA's. These are full time roles, Monday - Friday 8:30-3pm during term time. This school has a great reputation locally for supporting a range of students with mild and moderate learning requirements. Supporting pupils of all ages and ability we are looking for staff with strong communication skills and the ability to form friendly yet professional relationships with students and support them in their school life. At this school it's understood just how important pupil relationships are progression, not only between students and teachers, but also between parents, carers, and the academy. To this purpose, they want to involve the parents in as many elements of your child's education as possible. Their students are their greatest asset.

About you - Learning Support Assistant - LSA - Welwyn Garden City

• Holds relevant qualifications or has experience as a TA/LSA in a UK /secondary/SEN school
• SEN experience is desirable
• The ability to adapt to each child's needs
• Available Monday to Friday
• Strong communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude!
