• Daily Rate: £95–£115 per day (depending on experience)

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN.
• Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning tasks.
• Support pupils with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect.
• Help manage behaviour and promote positive social interactions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and pupil needs.

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN.
• Comfortable providing personal care when required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
• Ability to adapt to different environments and routines.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) are desirable.
