Are you passionate about supporting children in the classroom? We're looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Key Stage 2 (KS2) class in Barry, starting as soon as possible.

• Full-time position in a supportive KS2 class

• Daily rate: £88.94 (rate may increase depending on experience and client agreement)

• Provide classroom-based support to pupils and teaching staff

• Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

• Classroom experience is essential

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)

• EWC registration (Education Workforce Council)

• While no formal qualifications are required, a relevant qualification is highly desirable

• A reliable and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in education

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
