We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team for lunch cover duties in Sutton. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about contributing to the positive development of children during their crucial school hours.

• Supervise students during lunch breaks, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
• Assist in managing classroom activities before and after lunch.
• Support the implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Engage with students to promote positive behaviours and social skills.
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of lunch and activity areas.
• Provide additional support to teaching staff as needed.

• Experience in a similar role or working with children is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive and caring approach.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
