Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support and assistance in the classroom
• Support students aged 16-19
• Assist students with their learning and personal development
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best learning outcomes

Essential Requirements:

• A valid DBS check
• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant
• A genuine passion for education and supporting students’ individual needs
