Your New Job

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to deliver targeted interventions, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils engage with their learning. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH challenges
• Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning plans
• Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management strategies
• Encouraging pupil engagement and participation in lessons
• Contributing to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school culture
