• Salary: £85-£100 per day (Depending on Experience)
• 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Clear DBS Required (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that all students feel confident and motivated.
• Provide tailored one-on-one or small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist in delivering and monitoring individualised education plans (IEPs), ensuring students' unique learning styles are accommodated.
• Support students in building essential social and emotional skills to improve their overall educational experience.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement engaging lessons and maintain effective classroom management.
