Are you passionate about making a difference in education? We're currently working with a fantastic college in the Wigan area that is looking to welcome Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) into its support team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for anyone with experience supporting young people with additional needs, and a flexible approach to working hours. Whether you're looking for part-time, full-time, or variable hours - we'd love to hear from you.

Essential requirements:

? Experience supporting SEN students at least at the secondary level
? Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or Equivalent
? Knowledge of Equality and Diversity
? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

? Providing tailored support to students in and out of the classroom
? Working closely with teachers and curriculum teams
? Supporting a variety of needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and mental health challenges
? Recording student progress using internal systems like ProMonitor
? Assisting with personal care and use of assistive technology (where required)
? Encouraging independence and helping learners build confidence
