You will be responsible for bringing enthusiasm, dedication, and high expectations to the college and the classroom, delivering a first-class student experience and supporting positive outcomes.

Your role will include:

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with young people or adults in an educational setting, ideally within Further Education or post-16 environments.

  • An understanding of safeguarding and how to support students with a range of additional learning needs.

  • A supportive, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with learners from a variety of backgrounds.

You’ll also bring:

  • A proactive and flexible attitude to problem-solving and adapting to learners’ needs.

Safeguarding Commitment:

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff to share this commitment.
