Are you passionate about helping children thrive in an inclusive, nurturing environment? We work with warm and welcoming primary schools to recruit dedicated Learning Support Assistants who are eager to support pupils with diverse learning needs.

In this highly rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in helping children access the curriculum, develop key life skills, and grow in confidence. Working closely with class teachers, you'll deliver personalised support, both one-to-one and in small groups, adapting lessons to suit individual needs and encouraging independence every step of the way.

Every day will bring new opportunities to make a real difference, whether it's helping a child manage their emotions, supporting positive behaviour, fostering friendships, or celebrating a breakthrough moment in their learning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
• Supporting the development of social skills and communication
• Observing and reporting on pupil progress and engagement
• Creating a calm, inclusive learning environment
