Leasehold Services Officer – Housing Association/Investment Manager – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting an interim Leasehold Services Officer to support a team with the transfer of properties in Central London for a 3 month contract. The role offers £250 - £400 per day with hybrid working (3 days in Central London). This opportunity would be ideal for candidates with current leasehold experience looking to expand the experience into the private sector.

Leasehold Services Officer – Housing Association/Investment Manager – About The Role:

• Assist the Asset Manager in the process of the transfer of assets from a housing provider to investment manager
• Provide customer service to tenants and advise on leaseholds
• Manage, liaise and assist residents, solicitors, property managers and bankers with queries
• Report writing

Leasehold Services Officer – Housing Association/Investment Manager – What You Need:

• Social Housing leasehold is experience is highly desirable
• Customer service experience
• Ability to be pro-active and resilient in dealing with queries
